- Altered Changing Behaviour of hypertensive clients by education. Precipitated in 45% of well-controlled cases among diagnosed ones.
- Depletion of 25% -37% in the complication of heart disease clinic visitors by introducing a multidisciplinary team approach. Clinicians, nurses, dietitians and educators all contribute to the management process.
